I lead our Recruitment & Admissions team; we oversee the marketing and attraction for prospective students, alongside the recruitment process and onboarding of new students.

I have over 15 years experience in student recruitment, ranging from university attraction, to high-volume corporate recruitment, to highly targeted technical recruitment for an innovative, fast-paced tech SME. The role at the Institute seemed like a perfect opportunity to draw upon all my experience and contribute to a pioneering institution which made higher education accessible, with employability at the core of its programme.

I strive to provide an excellent candidate experience, throughout the applicant journey, from enquiry and application to the day they join. I'm particularly passionate about ensuring our recruitment processes are fair and inclusive for all.
